Everything about Mark Innovation Cars from start to delivery at home was first class, they serviced and did all the minor touch ups as promised, the finished car was excellent. This included a hiccup on payment which was my fault , Mark put me at ease till the problem was sorted. All in all a quality car with great service.

Friendly and not pushing for a sales.
They didn't hassle you, I asked for a test drive and everything was sorted very quickly, afterwards I asked to check on my insurance before any commitment whic Mark fully understood, I went in the next day and purchased the car, and agreed pick up day a few days later, all really great service.

Very Helpful Chaps (And Claire)
Bought several cars from Innovation over the years. Always my first port of call for vehicles for the business or the family. Mark & the team couldn't be more helpful. I cannot recommend this dealer enough. They were very welcoming on every visit and phone call, did me a fantastic deal on a 2020 Ford Focus and also gave me a great price for my VW Up as a part exchange. The car had a very small crack on the rear bumper which was repaired to look like new before I took posession of the car, they also put 4 new tyres on it and even replaced a missing parcel shelf which I didnt even need to ask them to do. All their cars were in spotless condition so I can guarentee you will not be disapointed.

I cannot praise Mark and the team at Innovation Cars enough for the service I received - I spotted the car online - Mark organised a test drive and sorted me a fantastic rate for finance, and he was aware i needed the car for a long journey ASAP and he had the car ready for me within a few days fully serviced and it was spotless and felt like a brand new car. I had complete confidence in the vehicle knowing it had a thorough RAC check and Mark made the whole process so easy as the thought of buying online was a little overwhelming for me as I hadn't done it before and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone as they were extremely friendly and professional.

Having just bought a Volvo XC60 from Ainsdale Prestige Auto,s all I can say is that I was really impressed with this local Sefton dealer. I wasn,t harrangued or badgered by the sale person , there was a good communication / listening between seller and buyer. I was able to take the vehicle out for 2 test drives, and when I was happy did I buy the car. A lovely company to buy a car from, and would recommend them to anyone. I would describe myself as very fussy, but these people here made things easy and comfortable.

Honestly this will be hard to beat!!
Simply the smoothest deal I've ever done!! Was a bit worried buying a car without a test drive and the old sit down bartering over over the price, how wrong was I?? From an email enquiry to delivered to the door in about 5 days including trade -in agreed and finance in place. Prompt response every time by phone or email . Next time I change I will defo be looking at Ainsdale Prestige first.

Excellent experience
I must say my experience at Ainsdale was extremely positive. Rob was very welcoming and gave us the time to look at the car and also test drive it. His dealing with us was very polite and honest. Unfortunately for me, the car was not right. I appreciate it was priced accordingly, but I felt that the wear and tear was excessive for its age and perhaps not cared for in the right way. I would certainly recommend Ainsdale though for its experience and customer service.
